Hello! We are info@lushfills.com, a leading company specializing in premium skincare and beauty products. Currently, we are in search of a talented copywriter to join our team as an intern. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in crafting compelling content for a variety of platforms, including blogs, advertisements, news articles, and official communications. We’re seeking an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to collaborate within a team as well as work independently, and a keen eye for creativity and detail.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our copywriting team to create content for diverse platforms such as blogs, social media, newsletters, product descriptions, and more.
  • Conduct research and contribute to content strategy and audience analysis.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, design, and sales, to maintain brand consistency, messaging, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Familiarize yourself with our product offerings and industry to develop engaging and effective content.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas.
  • Assist in building and managing a content calendar.
  • Analyze and measure content effectiveness to make data-driven improvements to our content strategy.
  • Adapt your writing style and tone to match our brand's voice and persona.
  • Support administrative tasks such as organizing files and managing project timelines.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Expertise in editing and proofreading across various media.
  • Education in marketing, English, journalism, or a related field, or significant experience in a relevant role (e.g., copywriting or digital marketing).
  • Familiarity with commonly used office software.
  • Detail-oriented and dedicated to meeting deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and observation.
  • Proficiency in crafting social media content, including the use of hashtags and relevant acronyms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Additional Information:

  • Duration: The internship typically spans 3 to 6 months.
  • Hours: You will commit to 20 hours of work per week, with a schedule of 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
  • Daily tasks may require 2 to 4 hours of your time.
  • Your team will comprise approximately 10-12 interns, overseen by a manager.
  • Please note that this is an unpaid internship. Upon successful completion, you will receive a reference letter and a certificate.
