Definitions:

Buyer: The individual or entity purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the Seller. Conditions: These are the terms and conditions as detailed below, alongside any other specific terms agreed upon in writing by the Seller. Goods: The items or services being sold by the Seller to the Buyer. Price: The total cost of the goods, excluding additional charges such as delivery, packaging, or insurance. Seller: The company responsible for managing this website, producing and/or supplying goods to the Buyer.

Conditions:

  1. These terms and conditions serve as the sole governing agreement between the Buyer and Seller for the sale of goods, excluding any other terms including those proposed by the Buyer in purchase orders or other documents.
  2. Placement of an order by the Buyer constitutes an offer to purchase goods under these terms and conditions.
  3. Acceptance of delivery of the goods signifies the Buyer’s full agreement to these conditions.
  4. These terms supersede any other prior agreements or conditions.

Price:

  1. The price for goods is as quoted in the Seller’s confirmation of order or webshop listing.
  2. Delivery costs will be stated separately from the goods’ price.

Payment:

  1. Buyers are required to pay invoices in full, with no deductions or counterclaims permitted against the Seller.
  2. Bank Transfer Fees Support Policy:
    • For transfers between $300–$800, the Seller may reimburse up to $30 in fees as store credit.
    • Transfers exceeding $800 will be fully supported via store credit.
    • Transfers below $300 are ineligible for reimbursement.
    • Proof of bank fees must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction.

Professional Use & Buyer Eligibility:

  • All products listed on this website are intended strictly for licensed healthcare professionals, authorized clinics, and certified distributors. We do not sell to or promote products for consumer or personal use.
  • By placing an order, the Buyer expressly confirms they are a licensed/authorized professional or entity permitted to purchase and use the products in their jurisdiction.
  • The Buyer is solely responsible for verifying and maintaining all licenses, permits, and professional qualifications required to purchase, import, possess, store, and use the products.

Limitation of Seller’s Role:

  • The Seller’s role is limited to website operation, order processing, payment confirmation, customer support, and coordination with manufacturers/logistics partners for shipment.
  • The Seller does not provide medical advice or training, does not conduct legal/professional verification of buyers, and does not assume responsibility for any misuse or unauthorized application of products.

Jurisdiction & Estonia Notice:

  • All fulfillment is handled from our headquarters in Korea through licensed operations. We do not import, store, or distribute within Estonia or other non-certified territories.
  • Our Estonian-based operations are limited to customer service, support coordination, and payment confirmation for approved markets. We do not engage in medical promotion, product application, local distribution, or direct sales within Estonia.

Medical Advice:

The Seller strongly advises that products be used exclusively by licensed and trained professionals. The Seller does not assume responsibility for improper usage or adverse outcomes caused by unskilled individuals. Consultations with medical experts are recommended before usage.

Warranties:

  1. The Seller guarantees that goods will match their description upon delivery.

Delivery of Goods:

  1. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Buyer at checkout. Buyers must ensure arrangements to receive the delivery are in place.
  2. Buyers will receive tracking information via email and are responsible for tracking their parcel and being available to accept delivery.
  3. Cross-border purchases may incur VAT or import tax, which are the Buyer’s responsibility.
  4. Temperature-sensitive items such as toxins will be packed in insulated containers with ice packs to maintain appropriate temperatures.
  5. In cases where the Seller needs a response to proceed with an order (e.g., stock shortages), the Buyer must respond within 24 hours to avoid delays.
  6. Claims for missing items require an unboxing video and must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  7. If delivery issues arise, customers are encouraged to track parcels and contact local carriers. If a parcel is returned due to non-collection, no compensation will be offered.

Customs, Import & Regulatory Compliance:

  • The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, import, possession, and use of the products comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination country.
  • All customs clearance, import duties, taxes, permits, and regulatory approvals are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller is not liable for delays, refusals, confiscations, or restrictions imposed by customs or local authorities.

Private Clients / Unlicensed Purchases:

  • Should a private client or unlicensed individual place an order contrary to these Terms, the order shall be cancelled immediately.
  • The Seller may, at its discretion, cancel and refund such orders (subject to payment and banking fees) or request additional documentation; however, the Seller has no obligation to verify licensure and accepts no liability where a purchaser misrepresents their eligibility.

Refund, Return, and Replacement:

  1. Refunds, returns, or replacements are provided in the following scenarios:
    • Receipt of the wrong product.
    • Missing items in an order.
    • Damaged products.
  2. Claims for damaged products must be submitted within 30 days with relevant proof (e.g., video evidence).
  3. Refunds for Buyer’s remorse are available for unopened and undamaged products returned within 30 days.
  4. Claims related to customs delays or issues must be addressed with customs authorities. The Seller will provide assistance but cannot guarantee resolutions.
  5. Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed as store credit unless otherwise agreed.
  6. Refunds will only be processed upon receiving complete and accurate bank details from the Buyer.

Acceptance of Goods:

  1. Goods are deemed accepted if no claims are made within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Buyers must thoroughly inspect goods upon delivery and notify the Seller immediately of any issues.

Title and Risk:

  1. Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
  2. Title remains with the Seller until full payment is received.

Changes to Terms of Service:

The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of these changes.

Reviews:

  1. Reviews must be relevant, respectful, and free of inappropriate language or promotional content for other vendors.
  2. Submitted photos or videos may be used for marketing purposes. By submitting, you consent to such use.

Terms During a Sale:

  1. Sale orders must be placed directly on the website and cannot be adjusted after confirmation.
  2. Refunds during sale periods will reflect the discounted price paid.
  3. Shipping delays may occur due to high demand.
  4. Free items or special requests during sale periods may not be accommodated.
