Active Ingredient: Clostridium Botulinum Toxin Type A

Form of Administration:
The preservative-free freeze-dried white powder that requires reconstitution with sterile 0.9% sodium chloride solution.

Indication:
For the transitory improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines associated with corrugator and/or procerus muscle activity in adult patients aged 19 to 65 years.

Administration and Dosage (for Glabellar Lines):
Reconstitute the product with preservative-free sterile saline to achieve a concentration of 100U/2.5mL (40/0.1mL). Inject 0.1mL into each of 5 locations: 2 injections in each corrugator muscle and 1 injection in the procerus muscle, totaling 200 injections.
