AC Infusion Serum

Lighter than a cream and designed to go on straight after toner, AC Infusion Serum is a 200 ml facial serum for skin that is sensitive, oily or prone to breakouts. Beta-glucan is included to help the skin keep hold of moisture, supported by the same botanical waters and extracts used across the AC Infusion line.

What is inside

  • Chamomile flower water – an EcoCert-listed ingredient with an antioxidant role
  • Portulaca extract – adds hydration where skin feels dry
  • Beta-glucan – helps the skin retain water
  • Mistletoe fruit extract – a conditioning extract for reactive skin

Alongside these, the formula contains hinoki water, green tea leaf extract, panthenol, arginine and squalane, in a base of water and glycerin.

Worth knowing before you buy

The serum includes denatured alcohol near the top of its ingredient list. It is preserved with a combination of phenoxyethanol and several parabens (methyl-, ethyl-, propyl-, butyl- and isobutylparaben), together with benzyl alcohol and dehydroacetic acid, and it is fragranced. Clients who avoid any of these should check the label before use.

Using it at home

After toning, take a suitable amount and spread it over the whole face, then pat or massage gently until it has absorbed. It slots in between toner and cream in a standard daily routine, and pairs naturally with the AC Infusion Toner and Cream.
