B H P 0 1 Menstrual Heating Pad

The B H P 0 1 Menstrual Heating Pad (model BHP01) is a compact, rechargeable warm compress with a built-in vibration function, worn at the waist or over the tummy during the period. An elastic strap with a buckle holds it securely, and its light weight makes it easy to slip into a bag for use away from home.

Device overview

Two functions – heat and vibration massage – are operated from two buttons. The heating element is said by the maker to warm up within about 3 seconds, and a built-in safety chip regulates it while in use. Power comes from an integrated 3.7 V, 1,800 mAh lithium battery that gives up to 160 minutes per charge and is recharged at 5 V via USB.

  • Heat: 45 °C, 55 °C or 60 °C
  • Vibration: adjustable intensity

Compared with the BHP02 model, the BHP01's lowest heat step is 45 °C rather than 50 °C.

Texture and finish

The housing is ABS, and the surface that rests on the body is lined with deer velvet fabric, so it feels soft against the outer skin layers. The colour is pink/white and the pad measures 185 × 85 × 25 mm.

Using it at home
