Worn around the waist on an elastic strap, the B H P 0 2 Menstrual Heating Pad (model BHP02) is a rechargeable pad that pairs gentle warmth with a vibration massage over the tummy and waist during the period. A buckle lets the strap be adjusted for a snug fit, so the pad stays put while the wearer moves around.
