Bella is a professional, motor-driven MTS (micro needle therapy) pen. Its fine needles travel rapidly up and down, and their penetration can be dialled between a shallow 0.2 mm and a maximum of 2.0 mm, moving in 0.2 mm steps – so the operator can match the setting to how thick the skin is in each zone.

At 33G, Bella's needles sit at the very fine end of the needle gauge scale. This is intended to limit discomfort as the needles move rapidly up and down. The device is designed so that clients can return to their normal daily routine straight after a session.
