Bellast Soft-L

Bellast Soft-L is the softest grade in the Korean Bellast series: a sterile cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel with added lidocaine hydrochloride. Practitioners place it at a shallow-to-middle depth within the dermis, where it is used to soften delicate facial creases such as crow's feet and the lines that form around the mouth.

  • Hyaluronic acid (cross-linked): 24 mg in every ml
  • Lidocaine hydrochloride: 3 mg in every ml

The gel is sterile and free from both animal material and pyrogens. It is described as biocompatible and is gradually broken down by the body over time. The lidocaine is a local anaesthetic included to make the injection more comfortable for the patient.

The Bellast series

Three gels make up the range. Soft-L is the soft option for the superficial to mid dermis. Bellast L sits in the middle of the range. Bellast Plus, which also contains lidocaine, is placed in the mid to deep dermis for moderate to severe wrinkles, nasolabial folds among them, and for defining the chin, cheekbones and nasal bridge.
