Bellona PCL

Bellona PCL comes from the Korean manufacturer Gmedi and is a serum built around PCL, supplied in vial form for practitioners who work on mature or depleted-looking skin. It is diluted with saline before use and delivered across the face by mesotherapy technique or with a needling device.
