Using it at home

Serum: smooth onto cleansed skin once or twice a day, then add a moisturiser if your skin wants more.

Mask: after cleansing, lay the hydrogel mask over the face and leave it in place. Lift it off and pat any leftover essence into the skin. About once a week is the suggested frequency.
