How To Use

Diluted Use: Dilute 15 to 30 mL in 1 L of water and use for cleansing.

Direct Use: Apply 2 to 3 mL using the included applicator, then rinse thoroughly with water.

Recommended Frequency: For severe discomfort, use 2 to 4 times a week. For mild discomfort, use 1 to 2 times a week.
