CellExosome HE

Produced using the EXOPLANT separation and purification process, CellExosome HE is a two-part preparation of powder and solvent that is applied during in-clinic skin and scalp procedures. Two versions are offered: HE SR for skin and HE HR for hair.

Choosing a variant

  • CellExosome HE SR – the skin version, used alongside procedures aimed at fine lines, wrinkles and overall skin texture.
  • CellExosome HE HR – the hair version, used in procedures on the scalp.

What is inside

Powder (280 mg, one vial): mannitol, human adipocyte conditioned media and Panax ginseng root extract. Conditioned media of this type carry exosomes and other factors secreted by cells.

Solvent (6 ml, one vial): a water base containing sodium hyaluronate, with dimethylaminoethanol tartrate, hydroxyacetophenone, tromethamine and 1,2-hexanediol.

Clinical setting

The solution is meant to accompany procedures that create channels in the skin. These include microneedling, microchanneling and dermabrasion, along with radio frequency and laser work such as CO2. The formula is designed to be gentle, so that irritation stays low while the skin is in this open state. Preparing the product

  1. Draw up the solvent and add it to the powder vial.
  2. Swirl or shake gently until no powder remains undissolved.
