Chaeum Premium No .4 is the volumising member of the Korean Chaeum Premium family: a firm, fully cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel with added lidocaine, placed in the deep subcutaneous layer to restore shape to the mid and upper face. How the gel is made

The manufacturer cross-links the hyaluronic acid slowly and at low temperature, which gives a dense gel with an even internal structure. Once cross-linking is complete, the gel goes through a long dialysis stage of 14 to 15 days so that leftover BDDE is drawn out before filling. The syringe is engineered for a steady, constant extrusion force, so the gel leaves the needle at an even rate while the practitioner works.
