Cica Peel Set

Made by MERIKIT, the Cica Peel Set is a two-stage peeling kit: a cream that loosens dead cells and impurities, followed by a liquid that rebalances and calms the skin afterwards. It is intended to leave the skin surface smoother and brighter and the maker says any skin type can use it.

Pack contents

  • Three tubes of peel cream (Agent 1), each holding 20 ml / 0.67 oz
  • Ten vials of peel solution (Agent 2), each holding 6 ml / 0.20 oz

Formulation

The cream relies on a combination of AHA and BHA to lift away dead cells and residue, a form of exfoliation carried out in a single timed step. The follow-up solution is there to bring the skin back towards its normal pH once the cream is off. Two named ingredient complexes are included for comfort:

  • Paschal candle culture extract – described as firming and soothing.
  • MultiEx Rosanic – combines extracts of rosehip, blueberry, ginkgo, mugwort and licorice, aimed at comfort and at toning down visible redness.

Preparing the product

  1. Brush the peel cream (Agent 1) over the chosen area.
  2. Allow 20 to 30 minutes of contact time, choosing the length to suit the client's skin.
  3. Scrape the cream off fully with a spatula, then clean the area with a sponge.
  4. Soak cotton pads in the solution (Agent 2) and wipe over the area thoroughly.
  5. Finish with a calming sheet mask.

Handling and storage
