EXTRA HA Filler by KLMEDI

EXTRA is a premium hyaluronic acid filler line developed with innovative Third Step Cross Linking (TSC) technology. By maximizing viscosity through an ultra fine bead process and increasing the cross linking rate, EXTRA delivers long lasting results of up to 3 years, with strong viscosity, firm molding and excellent migration resistance. The cross linking rate is adjusted to each product's characteristics, creating a range of high quality EXTRA fillers tailored to different treatment areas.

Third Step Cross Linking Technology

While most HA fillers use primary or secondary cross linking, TSC technology goes a step further. Ultrafine HA beads are united into new beads, which are then united again into larger bead structures. This dense particle structure increases the sustainability of HA, maximizes viscosity and delivers high moisture content for a greater volume effect with less product.

High Hydrophilicity: In a centrifuge test (3,000 rpm for 30 minutes), EXTRA retained 15.5 cc of moisture compared to 4 cc for other samples, offering a higher volumetric effect with the same amount of filler.

Safety: Refractive absorbance analysis shows the finished product maintains the same wavelength pattern as the raw material despite a higher cross linking rate, confirming 100% HA is maintained without chemical transformation.
