Fize PLA+HA

Fize PLA+HA is a hybrid injectable filler that combines polylactic acid (PLA) with hyaluronic acid (HA). It pairs the immediate hydrating and volumizing effect of HA with the collagen stimulating action of PLA, helping improve skin texture, firmness, facial contours and volume over time. The uniformly shaped spherical microspheres are designed for smooth, consistent administration.

How It Works

After administration, the PLA microspheres stimulate a controlled tissue response that activates fibroblasts and promotes new collagen formation. Collagen builds gradually over several weeks, while hyaluronic acid provides hydration and initial volume support. Visible improvements may begin around six weeks after treatment and continue to develop throughout the treatment course.

Application Overview

For professional use only. Reconstitute with approximately 3 to 6 mL of sterile water or saline according to the practitioner's protocol. Shake the vial vigorously for about one minute to create an even suspension, then withdraw with an 18G sterile needle and switch to a 25G or 26G needle or cannula for administration using a suitable tunneling technique. Injection depth is approximately 2 to 6 mm at an angle of 10 to 20 degrees, with 0.1 to 0.2 mL per injection point and about 0.5 to 1 cm between points. Final dilution, depth, volume and technique should be determined by a qualified medical professional based on the patient's anatomy and treatment goals.

Recommended Treatment Course

A typical course is two to three sessions at intervals of about six to eight weeks. Maintenance treatment may be considered depending on the patient's response and the practitioner's evaluation.

Contraindications

Not suitable for individuals under 18, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those with a known intolerance or allergy to any component. Also not suitable for those with autoimmune conditions, uncontrolled diabetes or epilepsy, or those with active skin infections, inflammation, ulcers or open wounds in the treatment area.
