Gouri PCL comes from the South Korean company Dexlevo Inc and is an injectable made of completely dissolved polycaprolactone. Unlike particle-based PCL products, the solution contains no microparticles, so it spreads evenly through the tissue after placement. It is designed to prompt the skin's natural collagen production across the whole face.
What is inside
The single ingredient named is liquid, solubilised polycaprolactone, a biodegradable and biocompatible synthetic polymer. Australia's ARTG register lists it (entry 459493) as an injectable PCL implant; the entry places it in the Class III device category, describing it as a synthetic, polymer-based material for reconstructing dermal tissue.
Where it is used
Gouri PCL is intended for the face only. The areas mentioned are:

Practitioner guidance
A full-face protocol uses ten points, five per side, placed in the dermis or subcutaneous layer and followed by light massage. On the forehead, the point lies in line with the pupil.
