Preparation

Using a sterile syringe with an 18G needle, slowly inject sterile normal saline into the vial: 10mL for the 50mg and 200mg vials, and 30 to 40mL for the 1,000mg vial. Shake thoroughly until the powder is fully dispersed, and prepare the solution 30 to 60 minutes before the procedure.

Treatment Protocol

For the 50mg and 200mg vials, use 1 to 5 vials per treatment course with 4 to 6 weeks between sessions. One vial is generally sufficient for the face, neck and dΓ©colletΓ©, and the average course is 1 to 4 sessions. For 1,000mg body treatment, 2 to 3 sessions are recommended at 6 to 8 week intervals.

Shake the reconstituted solution thoroughly before use and wipe the rubber stopper with disinfectant. The recommended tools are a 25 to 27G cannula or a 30 to 34G needle for the 50mg vial, a 25 to 27G cannula for the 200mg vial, and an 18G 150mm blunt tip cannula for the 1,000mg vial.
