Juve Face PN 2% is a polynucleotide (PN) skin rejuvenation gel made in South Korea. Its main ingredient is a highly purified PN derived from salmon DNA, designed to enhance tissue regeneration for a radiant, revitalized complexion.

Treatment Areas

Course of Procedures

A course is 2 to 4 procedures with an interval of 7 to 14 days. Repeat the course after 6 months.

Recommended amount per area: Face 1 to 2.5 mL, neck 1 to 2.5 mL, décolleté 1 to 2.5 mL, body up to 10 mL, and both hands 2.5 to 5 mL.

Administration Protocol

Before the procedure, check that the packaging is intact, check the expiration date and syringe markings, and screw the needle securely onto the syringe. Anaesthetise the skin with a local anaesthetic cream, then remove the cream and clean the area with an alcohol swab. Give superficial intradermal injections 0.5 to 2 mm deep with a 32G to 34G, 4 mm needle at a 35 to 45 degree angle, using the nappage or micropapular technique. Apply light, constant pressure on the plunger and introduce 0.005 to 0.01 mL at each site. After the procedure, gently cleanse the treated area with alcohol on a sterile cotton pad, paying special attention to the injection sites. Adhere to aseptic techniques and safety guidelines throughout.

Contraindications

Persons under the age of 18, individual intolerance of the drug, pregnancy or lactation, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, and infections and colds in the acute stage.
