Dosage Guide

Glabellar Lines: 20 U total, 0.1 mL (4 U) per site across 5 sites in the corrugator and procerus
Crow's Feet: 24 U total, 3 sites per side (12 U per side), bilateral treatment
Masseter (Jawline): 50 to 100 U, bilateral, adjusted to muscle size
Muscle Spasticity: Up to 360 U total, divided across affected muscles and dosed by muscle size

Usage Protocol

Application Method: Intramuscular injection using a fine 30 to 33 gauge needle for superficial facial muscles
Treatment Cycle: Every 3 to 6 months. Frequent or premature readministration is not recommended to avoid toxin resistance.

Reconstitution

  1. Reconstitute using 0.9% preservative free sterile sodium chloride (saline) solution
  2. Insert the needle and direct the diluent slowly against the vial wall to prevent foaming
  3. Gently swirl the vial to mix. Do not shake, as agitation can degrade the active toxin proteins.

Storage and Handling

Store refrigerated at 2 to 8Β°C and keep sealed until use. After reconstitution, store in the refrigerator at 2 to 8Β°C and use within 24 hours. Do not shake the vial at any stage.

Safety Information

Contraindications: Pregnancy or breastfeeding, known hypersensitivity to botulinum toxin type A, and neuromuscular junction disorders such as Myasthenia Gravis or ALS.

Warnings: Precise dosing and anatomical placement are critical. Improper injection may cause ptosis (drooping eyelids), uneven eyebrow position, or toxin spread to adjacent muscles. Do not inject into blood vessels.

Common Temporary Side Effects: Swelling, bruising, pain or tenderness at the injection site, redness, and temporary localized muscle weakness.

Aftercare: Remain upright for at least 4 hours after injection. Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging treated areas for at least 4 hours to prevent toxin migration. Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and excessive heat for 24 hours.
