PDX Cica Exo Cream is a calming face-and-neck cream made for the period after microneedling and ablative procedures, and it is equally at home in a client's own aftercare routine. It is formulated to reinforce the protective role the skin plays naturally, and to settle skin that feels irritated or sensitive.

What is inside

The formula leads with Centella asiatica extract and reinforces it with the plant's individual compounds: asiatic acid, madecassic acid, asiaticoside and madecassoside. Around this cica core sit several groups of supporting ingredients:

  • Moisture and barrier: ceramide NP, niacinamide, panthenol, hydrolysed collagen, trehalose, beta-glucan, sodium hyaluronate and glycerin.
  • Peptides: hexapeptide-11, hexapeptide-9, palmitoyl tripeptide-1, tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, together with a copper peptide listed as copper tripeptide-1.
  • Emollients and oils: hydrogenated polydecene, caprylic/capric triglyceride, olive fruit oil and cetyl palmitate.
  • Botanicals: Tropaeolum majus and Myrtus communis extracts, and Leuconostoc ferment filtrate.
