Each vial of Planiti contains 365 mg of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), an injectable collagen stimulator placed in the subcutaneous layer or the deep dermis. Rather than filling an area directly at the moment of injection, the PLLA is designed to prompt the body to build its own collagen gradually.
