Caregen Co. Ltd. of South Korea makes Rejuner Gold Label (Whole Face) 2ml * 5, a collagen booster based on particle-free, solubilised polycaprolactone (PCL). Each box holds five 2 ml vials, and the formula is designed to activate dermal fibroblasts and encourage new collagen to form across the face.

Formulation

Four ingredients make up the product: water, polycaprolactone, glycerin and PEG-2. It flows freely as a colloid, and sediment may collect in the vial during storage.

Areas of application

The Gold Label version is intended for the full face, with three zones left out – the eye area, the neck and the temples – which the Black Label version covers instead. Clinics addressing uneven texture across the cheeks and forehead will find this the relevant variant.

Practitioner guidance

  • Methods: skin booster injection, MTS or other mesotherapy devices
  • Needle: 33–34G, inserted to half its length at a 30Β° angle
  • Gap between points: 0.5 cm
  • Amount: 2 cc per session

Course options. A standard course runs three to four sessions spaced one and a half to three weeks apart, with maintenance every four months. An intensive course uses four treatments at two-week intervals and a follow-up every six months. A combined course alternates two Gold Label sessions with two sessions of Aquashine BTX, spaced two to three weeks apart.

Aftercare and storage

For 24 hours after treatment, clients should not apply make-up or heavy creams; for two weeks they should avoid hard exercise, sunbathing and saunas. Store the vials at room temperature, 1–30 Β°C, away from freezing and overheating. Shelf life is two years, and an opened vial should be used up completely.
