Supplied as a two-ampoule set, Riola Exotriple pairs a freeze-dried CICA exosome powder with a liquid made up of PDRN, collagen and a peptide complex. The two are mixed just before a session and then worked into clean skin, either on their own or together with a micro-needle therapy system (MTS).

Formulation

The exosome is held as a dry powder in the first ampoule, while the PDRN, collagen and peptides make up the solvent in the second.

  • No. 2 PDRN + collagen + peptides: 6 ml Γ— 4 vials

Practitioner guidance

  1. Add the No. 2 solvent to the No. 1 exosome ampoule.
  2. Shake well until the powder has dissolved completely.
  3. Spread a generous layer over clean skin and leave it for 1–3 minutes to absorb.
  4. Apply a second layer and, where wanted, follow with the MTS.

The suggested interval is one session every two weeks. The set is not to be used on broken or wounded skin, or on areas affected by eczema or dermatitis. Teams new to pairing ampoules with needling can read more about microneedling in our journal.

How many sessions are in one set? There are four powder vials and four solvent vials, giving four mixed pairs.

Is microneedling required? No – the MTS step is optional and is added after the second layer if desired.

Where does the PDRN come from? It is sourced from wild Alaskan salmon.
