Skinject Deep 5ml

Skinject Deep 5ml is a 5 mL syringe of the coarser Deep grade from the Skinject HA line – a clear, biodegradable gel at 24 mg/mL intended for deeper wrinkles, folds and facial contouring. Placement is in the lower dermis and/or the upper layer of the subcutis.

Formulation

  • Gel particles measuring 0.28–0.5 mm
  • Hyaluronic acid content of 24 mg/mL
  • Around 10,000 particles in each mL

Fewer, larger particles give this grade more lifting capacity than Derm or Fine, which is why it is reserved for deeper layers.

A BD 26G needle is specified. Because part of the placement can be in the upper subcutis, practitioners familiar with subcutaneous placement will recognise the depth involved. Volume per zone remains the decision of the treating practitioner.
