Following the acid exfoliation step of a Stayve facial, Stayve Dermawhite Neutralising Foam 1X150ml halts the activity of Stayve Dermawhite Exfoliating Gel and brings the skin's pH back into balance. It whips into a dense lather and is designed to calm visible redness before the skin moves on to the microneedling (MTS) stage.

Formulation

Two components are highlighted by the brand: rice (Oryza sativa) extract and grapefruit (Citrus paradisi) peel oil. The cleansing base combines water with sodium laureth sulfate and cocamidopropyl betaine, and it also carries a blend of vegetable extracts – celery, tomato, broccoli, carrot, cabbage, turnip and rice – alongside the grapefruit oil.

Clinical setting

The foam belongs to a multi-step protocol built around needling therapy:

  1. Begin by cleansing using the Stayve Mild Cleansing Milk, then tone with Stayve Hydrating Rose Toner on a cotton pad.
  2. Brush on the Dermawhite Exfoliating Gel and leave it 2 minutes on dry skin, 3 on normal and 5 on oily skin; take it off with water or a damp towel.
  3. Brush the Neutralising Foam over the same area and work it in for 3 minutes before removing it with water or a towel.
  4. Apply a booster ampoule chosen for the skin type and perform MTS for 2–3 minutes; for BB Glow, use a BB Glow ampoule followed by MTS.
  5. Close with a calming mask or, where available, an Omega light for 10–15 minutes.

Handling and storage

The 150 ml bottle has a shelf life of up to two years unopened. Keep it away from the eyes, out of direct sunlight and away from children, and do not apply it to broken skin.

How long is it massaged in? Around 3 minutes before rinsing or wiping off.
