Blended with a lotion or SPF you already own, Tanning Drops turn that product into a sunless self-tanner. The active is dihydroxyacetone (DHA), a sugar with no colour of its own; once on the skin it combines with amino acids in the outermost cells and a tan shade forms, so the colour develops in line with your own complexion.

What is inside

DHA (dihydroxyacetone) is the self-tanning ingredient. It does not need sunlight or UV to work: the colour forms through a reaction on the skin surface after application.

Using it at home

  1. Squeeze your usual amount of face or body lotion, or sunscreen, into the palm.
  2. Add a few drops and blend thoroughly.
  3. Spread the mix evenly over the skin.
