Tesoro Body Filler

Supplied in a single 60 ml vial, Tesoro Body Filler is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel intended for contouring the body and restoring lost volume without surgery. It contains 20 mg/ml of HA together with a small amount of lidocaine, and it is placed with a cannula rather than a fine needle.

Formulation

  • Cross-linked hyaluronic acid: 20 mg per ml
  • Lidocaine: 0.3 mg per ml, included as a local anaesthetic for comfort during the procedure

Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring polysaccharide with a strong affinity for water. Cross-linking the chains makes the gel more stable once it has been placed in the tissue, which is why this format is used for larger body areas.

Areas of application
