Tesoro Homme Deep with Lido is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler with lidocaine, designed for moderate wrinkles and facial rejuvenation. It is part of the Tesoro Homme line, developed with male facial contouring in mind. It maintains a higher density through the cross-linking agent without changing the 24 mg/mL hyaluronic acid concentration.

Application Overview

For professional use only, by practitioners with medical training. Tesoro Homme Deep is injected into the subdermal layer using a 27G TW needle. Linear threading, tunnelling, or serial puncture techniques may be used at the practitioner's discretion. Treat the skin surface with an antiseptic beforehand, avoid anatomical danger zones such as nerves, arteries and vessels, and perform an aspiration test. Aim to correct to 100% of the desired effect without overcorrection.

Aftercare

Normal activities can usually be resumed straight away. Mild redness or swelling typically settles within a week. Avoid heat, sun exposure, alcohol, aspirin and strenuous exercise for about 24 hours.

Precautions and Contraindications

Not suitable for anyone under 18, during pregnancy or lactation, or for those with severe allergies, autoimmune disease, diabetes, epilepsy, acute infections or colds, or drug intolerance. Do not use on open wounds, ulcers or damaged skin. Careful technique is essential to avoid injection into blood vessels. Treatment should stop immediately if vision changes, blanching, unusual pain or signs of a stroke occur, and prompt medical attention should be sought.
