The Vitamin is a high dose Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) injection from a wellbeing injection range, supporting resistance to infection, collagen synthesis and antioxidant protection. Each box contains 10 vials of 20ml, with 10g of ascorbic acid per vial.

Usage Guide

Administered by a qualified professional by intramuscular, intravenous or subcutaneous injection. For intravenous use, one 10g vial is mixed with 100cc of fluid (normal saline or 5% dextrose in water) and given as an intravenous infusion over 20 to 30 minutes. A general treatment course runs for 1 to 2 weeks, and a package of 5 to 10 treatments is popular. It can also be combined with other products in the wellbeing range as part of a combination therapy, following the supplier's mix protocol.

Safety Information

Possible side effects include headache, thirst and dizziness. At higher Vitamin C doses, a burning pain along the vein (angiodynia) can appear in about 5 to 10 percent of patients.
