Top Ten Cream

Made in South Korea, Top Ten Cream is a white topical anaesthetic cream sold in two versions: the original formula with 10.56% lidocaine, and a Pro formula pairing 2.5% lidocaine with 2.5% prilocaine. Either one is spread onto the skin ahead of laser work, tattoos, PMU, MTS and small dermatological procedures.

The original suits those wanting the higher single-agent lidocaine strength. The Pro uses a lidocaine/prilocaine combination and is described as a gentler option for sensitive skin.

Practitioner guidance – original formula

  • Spread between 0.25 and 0.66 g over the zone, a quarter of an hour to 20 minutes ahead of starting.
  • Cover with plastic film to aid absorption.
  • Onset is given as 15–20 minutes.
  • Maximum per day: 2 g of cream, given in the source as 184 mg of lidocaine.

Handling and storage – Pro formula

The manufacturer states that the Pro is produced in Korean facilities holding GMP certification. It is formulated to stay stable and not separate across temperature changes, carries a 36-month shelf life from manufacture, and should be kept tightly sealed somewhere between 1Β°C and 30Β°C.
