Reconstitution and Application

Attach a sterile 18G needle to a 10ml disposable syringe, draw an appropriate amount of sterile water for injection, and slowly inject it into the vial. Shake thoroughly to mix the powder, then let the solution stand at room temperature for about three hours. Shake vigorously again just before use for a homogeneous suspension and use immediately after the resting period. Discard any unused solution.
